Passing the Talent Torch

Scott Walden has taken the reins as chair of the Talent Innovation Team. He hales from CAI as the company’s Area Manager.

We fondly bid farewell to Luis Matos who contributed greatly to the team’s progress toward creating a full-stack educational career pathway for local talent. During Luis’ tenure, the Team organized industry outreach to college and high school students, educating them about biotech careers. The Team also forged the necessary connections for Eastern Washington University to secure a $250K grant through the Women Elevate STEM (WE-STEM) program by the LUCE Foundation.
